The trading of the Trust was conducted through its wholly owned subsidiary Kingdom Faith Resources Ltd which was a company limited by guarantee (No 2912596) governed by its Memorandum and Articles of Association adopted on 25 May 1994.
Kingdom Faith Resources Ltd ceased trading on 31 December 2007 with all activities transferred to Kingdom Faith Church Trust.
