Michael Barling, Trustee

Michael is Chairman of the Trustees. He was ordained into the Church of England in 1965 and was a parish Vicar until 1979. He subsequently became Director of the Fountain Trust and Editor of the Renewal Magazine.  He joined the Bethany Fellowship (later to be named Kingdom Faith Ministries) as one of the founding Trustees in 1982.  He and his wife June are now members of the Kingdom Faith Church in Taunton. He was an Elder of Kingdom Faith from 1992 to 2006. Michael has served on three other Christian Trusts and several other Christian organisations including the Executive and Council of the Evangelical Alliance for a number of years.

Graham White, Trustee

Graham studied Economics at York University; he graduated in 1971 and worked initially as a research fellow. In 1974 he went to Burundi, where he worked with the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. He subsequently worked with the UNDP, and in 1993 joined USAID to help address the humanitarian crisis in the Great Lakes Region of Central Africa following the Rwanda genocide. In 1995 he returned to the UK where he works with The Evaluation Partnership and specialises in humanitarian aid. Graham became a trustee of Kingdom Faith in 1998. Graham takes a close interest in cross-cultural mission.

Paul McCulloch, Trustee

Paul McCulloch qualified as a Solicitor in 1975. After specialising in High Court litigation he was involved in general practice for a number of years. He is currently a director of Lovetts plc. Paul first became involved with Kingdom Faith in 1980. He was a trustee from 1988 - 1989 and became a trustee again in 2005.

Gary Gibbons, Trustee

In his professional life Gary was a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development, and has held a variety of Executive Recruitment jobs, working in London, Hong Kong and Tokyo. He worked for several major international companies such as PA Management Consultants, A T Kearney Ltd and Odgers, where he became a Partner. Gary now runs his own business called A Place for Everything.

Gary has been a Trustee since 2004. He and his wife Annie have been members of the Church since 2002 and lead the Slinfold Life Group. Gary is a member of the Horsham Church Leadership Team. Between 1989 and 2000 he was an Elder of the Cornerstone Bible Church in Esher.

Norman Fisher, Trustee

Dr Norman Fisher is currently Professor of Project Management at The University of Reading UK. He is an adjunct professor at a major Australian University and holds honorary academic posts worldwide. He started his career with a major international contractor followed by posts as a business consultant, then in teaching/training and university research and teaching. He has worked as a consultant for The World Bank, The EU, the UK DTI, DoE/DEFRA and The National Audit Office. He has sat or sits on several UK government committees. He has acted as a consultant for international companies in the UK and overseas.

Professor Fisher has been appointed as an external moderator/examiner at Universities in France, Ireland, Holland, USA, Malaysia, Singapore, PR China, Abu Dhabi, Japan, Hong Kong and Australia. He is an honorary member of The Institute of Architects of Japan and has given keynote conference papers in Europe, USA, Japan, Singapore, Canada and Asia; most recently in Hong Kong, Australia and Beijing. His hobbies are fly fishing, horticulture and sailing. He is married with two sons and is a committed member of Kingdom Faith Church.

Colin Urquhart, Elder

Colin Urquhart is the founder of Kingdom Faith. He was ordained in the Anglican Church and has been active in Christian ministry for over 40 years.

Clive Urquhart, Elder

After being Youth Pastor since the church’s beginning in 1992, Clive Urquhart has been Senior Pastor of Kingdom Faith Church Horsham since 2004.

Jonathan Croft, Elder

Jonathan Croft is General Manager of Kingdom Faith and part of the staff of Kingdom Faith College.

Paul Taylor, Elder

Paul Taylor joined the Eldership in 2006. He is the Senior Pastor of Kingdom Faith Church Crawley.

Roger Greene, CEO

Roger Greene graduated from the University of Leeds in 1975. He was awarded a Doctorate from the same University in 1984.Prior to taking the role of CEO at Kingdom Faith he spent 26 years working in the NHS, 12 of which he spent as Chief Executive of NHS Trusts in Mid Sussex and Worthing. In addition to his work for Kingdom Faith Roger is the Director of the CBeyond Ltd. management consultancy.

Roger is a member of the Horsham Church Leadership Team and has leadership roles in the men’s ministry and in Excellence @ Work.
