BY ROAD...
From the north (Gatwick/the M25)
- Take the M23 heading south past Gatwick Airport towards Brighton.
- Turn off the M23 at Pease Pottage (Junction 11) and take the third exit at the roundabout signposted A264 Horsham.
- After 100 yards carry straight on at the next roundabout. After a mile, turn left at the next roundabout (A264 Horsham).
- At the next roundabout after a mile and a half, carry straight on.
- At the next roundabout (Moorhead Roundabout) turn left, signposted B2195 Horsham.
- After 50 yards turn left into Old Crawley Road
- Continue down Old Crawley Road past Newhouse Business Centre and the farm house.
- Roffey Place is on your right as you approach the end of Old Crawley Road.
From Brighton
- Take the A23 north towards London and Gatwick Airport
- Turn off the A23 at Pease Pottage just before the start of the motorway and take the first exit at the roundabout, signposted A264 Horsham.
- Follow the instructions above from point 3.
From the south west (Southampton/WORTHING)
- Take the A24 north from Worthing towards Horsham.
- Remain on the A24 as you pass Horsham. When you reach the Robin Hood Roundabout take the 2nd exit to remain on the A24.
- At the next roundabout (Great Daux Roundabout) take the 2nd exit onto the A264.
- At the next roundabout (Rusper Road Roundabout) take the 2nd exit onto the A264.
- Follow the instructions above from point 5.
BY AIR...
Horsham is a 20 minute drive from Gatwick Airport and about an hour and a half from Heathrow. There are regular trains from Gatwick to Horsham and coach services between Heathrow and Gatwick.
BY RAIL...
Horsham Station is a 40 minute walk from the Roffey Place. There is a taxi rank immediately outside of the station.
