We are making it easier than ever before to come to Faith Camp and keep the cost down by introducing a new easy pay instalment scheme...follow these 3 easy steps to start spreading the cost today:

1. Select which earlybird deadline you want to pay by
2. Pay an initial deposit of at least £20 per family
3. Online or by cheque pay the balance in equal instalments

If you or someone in your group would like to apply to be part of a volunteer team at Faith10 then start your booking as normal by clicking on the link above and follow the instructions when prompted on our online booking system.

Please note that at this stage the volunteer booking must be considered as provisional until the application to be a volunteer is approved and confirmed. If the volunteer is attending with their immediate family, please add the volunteer first. You will then be given options to add their family.

Of course, you can still book for Faith10 the good old fashioned way by filling in a paper booking form. To do so click on the relevant link below to download the form and, once filled it, return it to us along with your payment details (if paying by card) or enclose a cheque made payable to "Kingdom Faith" to: Kingdom Faith, Faith Camp Booking Office, Roffey Place, Old Crawley Road, Horsham, RH12 4RU, UK.

Payment Options

Either pay in full with one payment by one of our discount dates or take advantage of the new instalment plan.

PAY IN FULL: Pay an initial non-refundable deposit of £20 per adult and £10 per child then remainder of balance by the chosen discount date.

PAY BY INSTALMENTS: Pay an initial non refundable £20 deposit for the whole booking and then pay the balance in equal instalments by the end of the chosen discount date.

Payment can be made by cheque, debit or credit card. Don’t forget our online booking service is available which can make both booking and payment easier.

Payment in full must be made by the appropriate discount date to qualify for that discounted price and all payments must be made in full before entry to the site.

Confirmation of Bookings

These will be sent out with your allocated booking number as soon as practicable. PLEASE QUOTE THIS IN ANY FURTHER CORRESPONDENCE.

Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund less the administration fee, until 1st June. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance as AFTER THIS DATE FEES CANNOT BE REFUNDED, but you can transfer your booking, less the administration fee, to someone else.

Day Visitors

You can book in advance for the whole week or any combination of days.

Please indicate, in the appropriate box of the downloadable booking form or on the online booking form, the number and type of accommodation your party will be bringing (we are unable to supply tents or caravans).
