Dispatch and Delivery
UK delivery
We do our best to process and dispatch your order within 2 working days of your order being placed, subject to product availability.
If you have not received your order and it has been longer than 5 working days since you placed it please contact our resource centre stating your name, address and order number by emailing them: resources@kingdomfaith.com
International delivery
Please allow an extra 5 working days from the time you place your order for it to be delivered. However please note, we cannot guarantee the delivery time on any international orders.

UK orders
First item: £2.50
Additional items: 50p
Orders over £50: Free delivery
International orders*
First item: £6.00
Additional items: £2.00
*Please note: Delivery charges to some non-European countries may incur an additional delivery charge. We will contact you separately after placing your order if this applies to you or give you the option to cancel your order with a full refund.
Payment
We accept online payment by debit/credit card via Paypal or payment by personal cheque.
If you choose to pay by cheque please send your cheque with your order number and name written on the back to: Kingdom Faith Resources, Roffey Place, Old Crawley Road, Horsham, RH12 4RU.
Please note: some customers from countries outside of the UK have been having problems paying for their order using Paypal recently, if you experience problems upon payment of your order please email us with your name and order number and we will contact you with alternative payment options. We are currently working on fixing this problem and we thank you for your patience and custom in the meantime.
