Keeping you safe

Your safety and wellbeing is very important to us and we want you to feel confident in attending one of our service. In line with the Government guidelines for Places of Worship we have taken the following measures in order to keep both you and our team safe.

  • All of our venues have been risk assessed
  • Sanitisation stations are available at the entrance and exit and outside the toilets
  • To ensure we can maintain social distancing, we have a maximum capacity and all seats are pre-allocated to observe these guidelines and allow space around each individual or household/bubble

Frequently asked questions...

When and how can I book my seat?

To book in please visit and either sign in or register for a new account. When signed in please go to “Bookings.” This will help us to gather all the NHS Track & Trace information we need for people attending this event should it be requested. (Information about your booking will only be kept for 21 days from the date of the meeting you attend)

Booking will open at midday on the previous Sunday and close at midnight on the Thursday. If there are no seats available you will have the option to join the waiting list in case someone cancels their booking and/or be added to the priority list for the following week.

What happens when I arrive?

Pre-booking is required to attend our services so we’ll check your name against our electronic register. You’ll then be asked to sanitise your hands upon arrival.

You will then be shown to your seats by one of our host team. We ask that you stay seated until the start of the service.

Can I use the toilets?

Toilets facilities are available, but we ask that you avoid using them where possible and that you accompany your child when using the facilities. Please also use the hand sanitiser when entering and leaving the toilets.

Are we allowed to sing?

In line with current Government guidelines, we are not allowed to sing as part of our services and we ask that you respectfully observe these rules.

What happens at the end of the service?

When the service has finished we ask that you remain by your seats until one of our host team asks you to leave. Please observe social distancing as you exit the venue.

Please remember that once you are outside the building normal Government guidelines apply around the number of people allowed to meet together. We kindly ask that you do not congregate by the exits.

What if I’m feeling unwell?

If you feel unwell or have any of the symptoms of COVID-19 please do not attend the service. We will continue to stream our Church at home services so please join in online if you are able to do so. Your booking confirmation will contain a link to cancel your booking and allow someone else to attend, please click on this if you can no longer attend.

Likewise, if you have been in close contact with someone who has been diagnosed COVID-19 or is displaying any of the symptom, please get a test and stay at home in accordance with the Government guidelines.

Anything else I should know?

Please arrive at the time stated on your booking confirmation so that we have enough time to get everybody into the venue and seated safely before the start of the service.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide a separate programme of activities for children or young people at the moment. However, if you want to bring your children with you please ensure that they remain with you by your allocated seats throughout the event. Children who do not stay by our allocated seats may be asked to leave the meeting.

We suggest that you bring a cold drink with you as it can get hot wearing a mask for an extended period of time.

We will not be taking an offering during the service but there will be an offering bucket at the entrance/exit if you would like to give. You can also give online. For more details visit:
